Old Gin just recently finished installing Coretec LVT in our kitchen, breakfast area and laundry room. Old Gin was super helpful and accommodating throughout the process and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Shane addressed all of our questions/concerns in advance of starting the project (I have to say I might have been a doubter about how some of it was going to work out) and made sure the final result was exactly as he told us it would be. It all looks great!
And shout out to Martin; he’s an awesome installer! He can make any cut, and cleans his work area every day before he leaves the property. He’s a gem.
We’ve used Old Gin for years for our flooring and area rug needs and have never been disappointed (actually, Shane personally laid our hardwoods about 18 years ago and they still look great). We have always felt like we have gotten good quality products and installation for a fair price from them. So refreshing to be still be able to do business with a local, family- owned establishment!

Awesome! describes the whole experience. We had two layers of vinyl and luan removed before installing luan and new LVT in an extensive area of our home. The price was about the same as a big box store for a better quality floor. The installers worked diligently to remove and reinstall the flooring. They cleaned up each day. The new floor looks great both because of product and because of the installation job.
We have been Old Gin customers for years. No matter who assists us with the project the results have been fabulous. Our son is also using them for work on his house. Our family will continue to use the family owned Old Gin Carpets for all our flooring needs.
